前言

核电产业是一个与国家安全息息相关、具有较强外部性和公益性的特殊产业，因而不同于一般的竞争性产业；我国的核电建设在今后要争取“不断线”，每个五年计划安排建议几个堆。在中国，总发电量的80％以上为火力发电，而资源赋存条件决定了国家火电建设以煤炭为主的格局。考虑到将西北部出产的煤炭输送给需求集中的沿海地区的运输能力问题，以及火力发电所带来的严重环境污染，2006年全国人大会议正式通过“国民经济第十一五规划”，明确将积极发展核电，
    国内专家预测，到2020年，我国的电力装机容量将增至9亿千瓦以上。核电的供应如按4%的比例测算，届时将有装机容量7200万千瓦以上，这意味着，在未来十几年内，我国将会建设20多座核电机组，中国核电面临大发展的良好机遇。

    根据中国关于积极发展核电的规划和有关推动民用非动力核技术产业化的政策，由我们举办的“2010中国国际核电工业展览会”定于2010年9月19—21日在北京·中国国际展览中心隆重举行。

   届时，将有来自澳大利亚、加拿大、捷克、芬兰、法国、德国、意大利、奥地利、比利时、日本、俄罗斯、南韩、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、荷兰、乌克兰、英国、美国、新加坡及国内等20多个国家和地区的近400多家企业和科研院所参加展览。近1200个展位，参观观众62，700多人次，望核电行业广大企业及专业人士积极参加。我们愿为中外厂商合作交流提供了广阔的平台并提供良好服务。

标准展位费用：包括展出场地、2.5m高壁板、楣牌制作、9平方米地毯、洽谈桌一张、二把椅子、220V电源插座一个、日光灯二支。

参展企业若选择展位及双开口展位加收20%的展位费用，会务费每人500元人民币。（用于会议资料、午餐、纪念品等）；

光地费用包括：展出场地、保安、清洁服务（不包括特装管理费）。

●   参展程序

填写展位申请表、加章后邮寄或传真至大会组委会。在申请展位一周内将参展费用[50%订金]或全款]电汇或交至组委会，展位顺序分配原则：“先申请、先汇款、先安排”，余款在2010年8月20日前付清，否则主办单位将视其放弃参展。

主办单位收到《参展申请表》和展台费用后，将发票与《参展商手册》一并寄给参展商。代表住宿产品运输等事宜，将以《参展商手册》为准。参展商在报名参展后中途退出，参展所付订金不退还。

●会刊及其它广告

会刊除在大会期间广泛送给主管部门及相关协会、观展客商外，还将通过主办单位途径发往国内外的业内系统及相关经销单位等。（菲林片由参展企业自己提供）

Preface
